The local market for rentals has increased in price as much as 200% over the past 4 to 5 years. This has resulted in many families being unable to find homes or apartments that are capable of meeting their needs. I am looking to outright purchase and/or build a number of apartment buildings in an attempt to reduce prices and make property rentals far more affordable for families. To help with funding this on an ongoing basis, I will also purchase some commercial properties to maintain a positive income flow and allow me to constantly expand my offerings.
