We started out with nothing but a table, a small air fryer and a passion to be the change we wanted to see in the world. Our passion for teaching our children that you can live out your dreams, and that with faith, grace, and determination you can achieve your set goals. Vending was our first door we traveled state to state, and each time we would sell out. My wife became "The Empanada Lady", as so many refer to her now, she also encouraged many along the way, her spirit to overcome her trails that she had endued, motivated me to want to push forward.
