Help a mom 2 kids and elderly Grandma get a home to live

Hello please help support a mom and her 2 kids and elderly grandma get a home. Early this year my family received an extreme hardship When I got laid off from my job I was struggling already living pay check to pay check pay high rent close to $2000 a month so When December of 2022 came along my company started downsizing laying people off and I got laid off in January of 2023 was forced to give up my apartment because I could afford to pay $2000 a month for January and

February rent was trying to get assistance but nothing came along. so I had to move in with my sister and her family. April of this year came along and My Grandma who lived in NYC need to live with my sister as well because her caretake who was her Daughter got rally sick and was hospitalized for months unfortunately my aunt never recover and died July 13 2023. My sister who were currently stay with is military and is leaving soon so me and my two daughters and grandmother need to find a place of our own. With rent prices being so expansive I was ably to find and affordable home for only $41000 to buy out the home or $10000 to put down as a down payment for the owner to do owner financing any donation will be greatly appreciated. Need the Funds ASAP as the home will not stay on the market for long and my sister will be leaving soon
