  • The Need: Underprivileged Bronx youth face limited job opportunities, insufficient positive role models, and exposure to unsafe environments. These factors can lead to disengagement and create pathways to risky behaviors.

  • Our Solution: Our program provides paid opportunities for Bronx youth to engage in community improvement projects, safety initiatives, and mentorship programs. Participants will gain valuable work experience while directly contributing to a safer and more vibrant Bronx.

  • The Impact:

    • Skills Development: Participants will develop job readiness, leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving skills that will empower them for future success.
    • Community Safety Enhancements: Our youth will work on projects like cleaning up parks, revitalizing vacant lots, painting murals, and participating in neighborhood watch initiatives.
    • Fostering Youth Leadership and Civic Responsibility: We will provide youth with a platform to voice their concerns, lead projects, and become active agents of positive change in their communities.

    • $1000 provides a leadership workshop series for a group of youth participants.
