I am fundraising to help get myself, my fiance and our 2 cats off the street and out of our freezing vehicle and into someplace warm where we can ft fully assess our situation and start to do something about it.

My fiance and myself and his mother were evicted from our home the day after Christmas. They shut the power off on us at 8am making it that much harder to get our belongings. We lost a large majority of our belongings that we worked so hard to get. The cops only let my mother in law get 3 of her 7 cats. We were only a couple months behind. It took him a year to even notice that the ref hadn't been paid before I had moved in. Which I was able to get caught up. Supposedly there is supposed to be all these programs to combat homelessness. I feel like a landlord with 80 properties should be on the front line combatting homelessness and not evicting tenants without at least hearing why they were unable to pay... This has left my fiance, myself and our 2 cats living in a vehicle with no heat. I'm so afraid that my cats are going to freeze to death. I am not able to go to work because I can't go to work with a vehicle full of our belongings and my fiance and cats. If we were able to get a motel room for awhile and have someone warm to stay and shower and get a grip on our situation we could start saving to get into a place or at least a motorhome for the time being. Please any help would be amazing. My storage unit is due in a week. I am begging anyone who has the means in which to help please help us. I am so discouraged and hopeless right now. I am not in a good place mentally
